Info & Policies

All deposits are non-refundable, and any payments made towards the balance are also non-refundable. In the event of cancellation prior to 360 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After 360 days, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments made will result in a credit of services added to your file. By providing a deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions. Refundable deposits will be issued within 7 days following your event, provided no damages are reported on a check form completed by the person listed on the contract. A full deposit must be paid to request a refund for cancellation. Deposits under $1000 are considered hold date deposits, which are non-refundable. If any services are provided, clients will be billed for services provided and received. By setting a deposit, you are locking in a date and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

 

Most shows at Encanto Event Center are all ages, however, please check the show info and ticket details for any age limitations. If a patron is under the age of 21, or does not have a current government-issued identification, they will be marked as a minor and will NOT be allowed to consume alcohol or be in possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Re-entry is NOT allowed for attendants under the age of 21. MUST have a valid I.D. to purchase alcoholic beverages.

 

Parking is available on-site around the property, and spaces are first come first served. Please DO NOT park in the parking spaces located directly in front of the businesses facing entrance, as well as any fire lane surrounding the property.  Patrons who park is these areas will be subject to towing, booting and/or fines issued by the property management company.  Please refer to the parking map located at the bottom of this page for reference.

 

Prior to entering the venue, attendants will be searched (via metal detector and/or pat-downs) to ensure that no restricted items enter the building.  This is for the safety of all attendants and staff members.

 

Admission is cash only.  We do, however, have an ATM on-site and credit/debit cards are accepted at the bars.

 

Weapons are NOT allowed.

 

Backpacks are NOT allowed.

 

Drugs and/or drug paraphernalia are NOT allowed.

 

Outside drinks are NOT allowed.

 

Jewelry and/or clothing that could inflict harm are NOT allowed.

 

Smoking and/or vaping are NOT allowed inside the building. We have a smoking patio located in front of the venue that all patrons may access.

 

No standing or climbing on furniture or ledges.

Professional photo, video and audio equipment are NOT allowed without the artist's and/or venue's approval.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

We do NOT have a coat check or other area to hold your items.  You are responsible for your belongings as well as any merchandise you purchase while inside the venue.

Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service as they deem necessary.

Security and Management reserve the right to escort anyone out of the venue as they deem necessary.

Pets are NOT allowed inside the venue with the exception of service pets.  

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and must wear proper hearing protection when inside the venue.

Consumption of alcohol in the parking lot is NOT allowed.

Third party tickets do NOT guarantee admittance to the venue.  Be careful as to which website it is that you are purchasing your tickets from!

We are an indoor venue - shows are rain or shine.
